50 percent

This would be just a short and not-so-sweet post.

I have a lot of new layouts that I haven't shown here. I probably should also be talking about new products by designers I'm CT for, new interesting challenges, and exciting sales going on in store. But I am not going to. I'm so sorry, I simply don't have time for that today.

I do have a layout I need to show you though.

I took this picture of myself yesterday, the day I found out that there is a little more than 50% chance that the mysterious lumps in my breast would be cancerous.

There are no words to describe it. I'll just let the light and shadow and colors and patterns in the layout speak for me then.

This might be the last page in a while for me. I have to be admitted in a hospital for a little operation tomorrow (Sunday) night. I'm still not so sure when I'll be able to get back to scrapping. Shouldn't be more than a few days, though. (I hope!) :)

Wish me luck! See ya later!

Oh Pom...
I asked about it in my email. But I guess you still didn't find enough time to reply it. That's OK.

The operation should be over now. I hope you're ok.

Thank you so much girls!!!

I'm so touched by al your support.
I might not be around for a few more days though.
My operation to remove the lumps went well but we have to wait until Sunday for the biopsy results.
So my family decided it should be great to get away, go to the beach for a few days just to clear our heads.
We'll be coming back by Sunday to hear the news.

Thanks again. I feel your prayers.

Oh Pom, sorry to learn that. Yes you are right, go away and take good time. Try to do something happy, thinking to something else.
Take care, and come soon for giving us (good) news, ok ?

Hubby and son went golfing and I'm browsing away at the hotel lobby.
(I didn't think the bouncing golf cart ride would do well for my stitches so I stayed behind. LOL!)
It's nice to be away! Too bad I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool though.

First of all- lovely, lovely layout! Second- Get back on the saddle soon! Third - you are sorely missed! and Fourth - Don't lose that spunk, girl :-)

Judging from everyone's comments here, you got a lot of people praying for you and sending you positive thoughts. Nice to hear you're having a good time recuperating with Neil and Chris. Nothing like the love of your family and friends to keep you going. Blog, blog, blog! Everyone here is rooting for you! :-) xoxo

Oh Pom, please add my prayers with the rest of your friends. I know how it feels to be where you are. It looks as if you have family and friends around you to hold your hand, this helps a lot. Unlike yesteryear, today so much can be done, so whatever the outcome please don't lose your spirit! chris
